I pull into her parent’s driveway, but I’m too late. Charlotte tells me Natalie left with Alex about ten minutes ago. She isn’t sure where they’re staying, only that Natalie said she’ll be home Monday.

That guy isn’t going to stay in a cheap motel. Other than a lake house, the only place to stay is at old lady Wilson’s, so I take a chance and drive there. Sure enough, there’s a fancy rental car parked in the lot. I pull my truck into the driveway of an empty cottage next door. The moon is bright tonight, but the trees lining the property will keep me hidden. I open the glove box, pull out my gun, and make sure it’s loaded. Then, I set it on the seat next to my night vision binoculars. Reaching into my pocket, I pull out my pill bottle and swallow two pills. I’m craving their high more and more.

I don’t have a plan yet, but I’ll be damned if I’m going to let this guy waltz into town and take Natalie away from me. It takes a few hours before movement in the lot catches my eye. Alex gets into the car and pulls away. Once I’m sure he’s gone, I grab the binoculars and tuck the gun in the waistband of my pants. A path leads through the trees to a few outbuildings that allow me to stay undetected while also keeping an eye out for any sign of Natalie.

I’m about to give up hope when the lights of a third-floor balcony turn on, and Natalie walks out. Looking through my lens, I see her hair’s damp, and she’s wearing a man’s T-shirt that hangs to her mid-thigh. From the way her nipples poke through the fabric, I know she’s not wearing anything underneath, and that makes me hard as fuck. Using the camera feature in the binoculars, I snap some pictures. I’ll be getting off to these tonight.

While I’m figuring out my next move, Alex pulls back into the parking lot. I move further behind the building to stay hidden and continue watching. A few minutes later, he walks onto the balcony. Natalie stands up and wraps her arms around him. Her ass peeks out from underneath the shirt. I take more pictures before going back to my truck.

I need to come up with a way to get rid of him once and for all.
